Who we are looking for

As User Acquisition Manager you will guide the definition and implementation of new user acquisition strategies for our apps through direct channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Apple Search Ads), with the aim of optimizing the media mix and cos, for App installation, and to increase organic growth through ASO strategies.

You will manage, in agreement with the Marketing Manager, global mobile campaigns for the acquisition of new users, helping to grow KPIs related to acquisition and conversion.

You will be a key figure in defining long-term strategies and guide the growth of our apps in highly competitive markets with the support of a marketing team made up of a Marketing Manager, a Graphic Designer, a Content Manager and a Social Media Manager, working with a large degree of autonomy .


Your main responsibilities will be:

  • User Acquisition: Management of ever-increasing monthly budgets for the acquisition of new users on the main paid channels (Search Ads, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.);
  • Discovery: Search for new acquisition partners functional to the achievement of strategic objectives;
  • Data Analysis: Monitor the progress of campaigns using tools such as Appsflyer 
  • Reporting:Create dashboards (through Google Data Studio or other tools) that give visibility to the main KPIs related to acquisition (CPA, CPM) and conversion (conversion to trial, paid and retention) within the app; 
  • Optimization & Scaling: Strengthen performing campaigns;
  • Staff Work together with the marketing and product teams to optimize the presence of our apps within the App Stores through ASO strategies;
  • Strategy: Together with the Marketing Manager, define the long-term vision in accordance with the growth objectives we want to achieve;
  • Funnel: Create and optimize marketing & sales funnels through data analysis; 
  • A/B Testing: Design, implement and evaluate A/B testing aimed at finding the right mix between creativity, copy and positioning;
  • Competitors: Monitor the strategies of our competitors to always look for new opportunities for improvement and growth;

Age is not a requirement for us, our ideal User Acquisition Manager is a motivated person, who has a passion for innovation and is predisposed to continuous updating.

Must have

  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and user acquisition campaigns; 2+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition;
  • Demonstrated track record in user acquisition through integrated marketing campaigns, with particular reference to relevant apps at national or international level;
  • Experience with design and data-driven decisions;
  • Excellent self-leadership skills in prioritizing and managing budgets and deadlines;
  • Strong attention to detail and quality in achieving objectives;
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English to interface independently with our network of partners (consultants, platforms, etc.);
  • Excellent logical-analytical skills;
  • Ability to plan for the long term and to quickly adapt one's plans and strategies to new needs;
  • Ability to work in a team and to give and receive qualitative feedback in a constructive manner and always in the interest of company growth.

Nice to have

  • Experience in consumer products, preferably kids, gaming or educational;
  • Work experience completely in English;
  • Cambridge Assessment English level C1 (BEC) certificate or equivalent;
  • Certifications related to relevant tools in the digital marketing field.
